• Fees & Payments: Consultation fees, diagnostic charges, treatment costs, surgery fees, IVF packages, and hospitalization charges must be paid according to the hospital's billing policy.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Patients should inform the hospital at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment whenever possible.
• Hospital Admission: Patients admitted to the hospital must comply with hospital rules, visiting hours, infection control protocols, and instructions provided by medical staff.
• Diagnostic Services: Ultrasound and laboratory investigations are performed only upon the recommendation of a qualified healthcare professional and in accordance with applicable medical regulations.
• Patient Responsibilities: Patients are responsible for following prescribed medications, post-operative instructions, rehabilitation plans, antenatal care, and follow-up schedules.
• Privacy & Confidentiality: All patient records and personal health information are maintained confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations.
• Visitor Conduct: Visitors are expected to maintain a respectful environment. The hospital reserves the right to restrict visitors who violate hospital policies or compromise patient safety.
