Our general refund policy applies to all listing packages, verification badges, and subscription plans offered on Top3Verified. Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- Listing Not Activated: If you have purchased a listing or verification package and your business listing has not been activated or published, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent your listing from going live and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Verification Rejected: If your business does not pass our verification process and is rejected before being published, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable. These include:
- Active Listings: If your business listing has already been activated, verified, and published as a "Top 3 Verified" business, the package becomes non-refundable.
- Completed Subscription Periods: Any subscription period that has already elapsed or been utilized is not eligible for a refund.
- Renewal Charges: Renewal payments for continuing a Top 3 position are non-refundable once processed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review Process: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information to process your refund.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
