Terms & Conditions

• Appointments: All appointments are subject to availability. Patients are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
• Patient Information: Patients must provide accurate personal, medical, and dental history. Any changes in health conditions or medications should be communicated before treatment.
• Treatment Consent: Treatment will only be performed after the patient (or legal guardian) has provided informed consent for the recommended procedure.
• Treatment Plans: Treatment plans and estimated costs are based on the initial examination and may change if additional dental issues are identified during treatment.
• Fees & Payments: Consultation fees and treatment charges must be paid according to the clinic's payment policy. Payment is generally due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Patients are encouraged to notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Missed Appointments: Repeated missed appointments without prior notice may result in cancellation of future bookings or require advance payment.

• Treatment Results: While every effort is made to provide the highest standard of dental care, treatment outcomes may vary depending on individual oral health conditions. No specific results can be guaranteed.
• Post-Treatment Care: Patients are responsible for following all post-treatment instructions and attending recommended follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing.
• Patient Conduct: The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to individuals who display abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other patients.
• Privacy & Confidentiality: All patient records and personal information are handled confidentially and used only for treatment, administrative, and legal purposes in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
• Medical Emergencies: Patients should immediately inform the clinic if they experience severe pain, swelling, bleeding, or any unexpected complications after treatment.
• Personal Belongings: The clinic is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
• Policy Updates: Narula Dental Clinic reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will apply to all services provided.
