• Client Information: Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and genuine information and documents. Submission of false or misleading information may result in visa refusal or legal consequences.
• No Guarantee of Visa Approval: Aim Overseas does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests exclusively with the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
• Consultancy Fees: Our consultancy charges cover professional advisory services only. Government fees, embassy charges, biometric fees, medical examination costs, courier charges, and other third-party expenses are separate unless otherwise specified.
• Payment Terms: Clients must pay all applicable consultancy fees according to the agreed payment schedule. Some services may require advance or full payment before processing begins.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once the application process has commenced. Government and embassy fees are subject to the refund policies of the respective authorities.
• Document Submission: Clients must provide all required documents within the requested timeframe. Delays or missing documents may affect processing times or the outcome of the application.
• Processing Time: Visa processing times vary by country and immigration authority. Aim Overseas is not responsible for delays caused by embassies, consulates, government agencies, or third-party service providers.
• Confidentiality: All personal information and documents shared with Aim Overseas will be kept confidential and used only for providing visa and immigration-related services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for attending visa interviews, biometric appointments, medical examinations, and fulfilling any additional requirements requested by immigration authorities.
• Limitation of Liability: Aim Overseas shall not be liable for visa refusals, processing delays, travel disruptions, or financial losses resulting from decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, or third-party organizations.
• Changes to Terms: Aim Overseas reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
