• Accurate Information: Clients must provide complete, accurate, and authentic information and supporting documents. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in application refusal.
• No Visa Guarantee: We do not guarantee visa approval. The approval or rejection of any visa application is entirely at the discretion of the relevant government or immigration authorities.
• Service Fees: Consultancy fees cover our professional services only and do not include embassy fees, visa application charges, biometric fees, courier charges, medical examination fees, or any other government-related costs unless explicitly stated.
• Payment Policy: Clients are required to pay consultancy fees according to the agreed payment schedule. Some services may require advance or full payment before processing begins.
• Cancellation & Refund: Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed service terms. Government or embassy fees are subject to their respective refund policies.
• Document Submission: Clients are responsible for submitting all required documents within the specified timelines. Delays or missing documents may affect the processing of the application.
• Processing Time: Visa processing times vary by country and immigration authority. Advise Overseas Visa Consultant is not responsible for delays caused by embassies, consulates, government agencies, or third-party service providers.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for attending interviews, biometric appointments, medical examinations, and providing any additional information requested by immigration authorities.
• Privacy & Confidentiality: All personal information and documents submitted by clients will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for visa and immigration-related services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Limitation of Liability: Advise Overseas Visa Consultant shall not be held liable for visa refusals, processing delays, travel losses, or any expenses arising from decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, or third-party organizations.
• Modification of Terms: Advise Overseas Visa Consultant reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
