• Membership: Membership plans, fees, duration, and benefits are based on the package selected at the time of registration.
• Gym Access: Access to the facilities is available to members with an active membership and authorized visitors according to the applicable policy.
• Gym Timings: Members must follow the designated operating hours. Management may change timings or facility availability when necessary.
• Payment: Membership and other applicable charges must be paid according to the payment terms provided by Evolve Fitness & Wellness.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Membership cancellation, transfer, suspension, and refund requests are subject to the applicable gym policy.
• Equipment Usage: Members must use all equipment responsibly and follow instructions provided by trainers or staff.
• Health & Safety: Members should exercise according to their fitness level and inform trainers about any relevant physical limitations or concerns before starting a workout.
• Dress Code: Appropriate sportswear and suitable workout shoes should be worn while using the fitness facilities.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Members are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene and return equipment to its proper place after use.
• Personal Belongings: Members are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Evolve Fitness & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Respectful Behaviour: Abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other members is not permitted.
• Guest Policy: Guests may use the facilities only according to the applicable guest policy and with prior permission where required.
• Personal Training: Personal training sessions, where available, may have separate charges, schedules, and terms.
• Damage to Property: Members may be responsible for damage caused to equipment or property due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.
• Right to Refuse Access: Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or deny access in cases of serious misconduct or violation of facility policies.
• Acceptance of Terms: By registering or using the facilities of Evolve Fitness & Wellness, members acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
