• Vehicle delivery will be completed after the required documentation and payment formalities are fulfilled.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Motorcycle bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the showroom.
• Customers should provide accurate information at the time of booking.
• Booking cancellation and refund terms will be governed by the applicable showroom and manufacturer policies.

3. Pricing & Payment

• The customer is responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Any applicable registration, insurance, road tax, accessories, finance or other charges will be communicated before final delivery.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice in accordance with applicable company policies.

4. Finance & Loan

• Motorcycle financing is subject to approval by the respective bank or financial institution.
• Loan approval, interest rates, tenure, down payment and other terms are determined by the financing institution.
• Mr Auto Sales does not guarantee loan approval.

5. Documentation

• Customers must provide valid and accurate documents required for purchase, registration, insurance and financing.
• Any delay caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation may affect the delivery schedule.

6. Vehicle Delivery & Inspection

• Customers are advised to inspect the motorcycle at the time of delivery.
• The customer should verify the model, variant, colour, accessories and relevant documents before accepting delivery.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to stock availability, registration procedures and other circumstances beyond the showroom's control.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Service

• Manufacturer warranty, service schedules and warranty claims are subject to the applicable Royal Enfield warranty policies.
• Customers are advised to follow the recommended service schedule and maintenance guidelines.
• Warranty may be affected if the motorcycle is modified, misused or serviced outside applicable authorised procedures.

8. Accessories & Modifications

11. Customer Responsibility

• After delivery, the customer is responsible for proper maintenance, safe usage and compliance with applicable traffic laws.
